Since Villa Venezia in Changchun was first open for sale on 15 July 2006, its pure England-style architecture has drawn widespread applause. That 161 units being sold-out first day, greatly hitting the Changchun market, was just the beginning. By August 12, its sample district, showflats and commercial street, finished with a complete look of England scene and style, were fully open for public visit. Its exotic air and landscape features had deeply impressed the buyers.
