Three awards gained in The First Asia Brand Ceremony Author:China Overseas Land and Investment Ltd.
In The First Asia Brand Ceremony held in Hong Kong Conference and Exhibtion Centre on 12 September 2006, China Overseas Land and  Investment Ltd. (“COLI”) was awarded “Most Valuable 500 Brands in Asia” (“亞洲500最具價值品牌獎”) and “Top 10 Most Potential Brands in Asia” (“亞洲十大最具潛力品牌獎’). Mr. Kong Qingping, COLI’s chairman, was awarded “Top 10 Outstanding Figures Award” (“亞洲品牌創新十大傑出人物獎”).
The award was orgainzied by Asia International Famous & Fine Brand Attestation Intendance Centre, state-owned Assets Supervision and Adminstration Commission of the State Council of PRC, China BusinessTimes etc. Seven award categories were announced for brands across  sectors of finance, communications, vehicles, property, travel, education, retail, manufacting etc.
COLI’s winning of three titles fully demonstrates its comprehensive strength and sound reputation, consolidating further its lead position in mainland property industry.
