“2006 China s Leading Company Brand in Real Estate Industry” award goes to China Overseas Property for the 3rd consecutive year Author:China Overseas Land and Investment Ltd.
For three year in-a-row, China Overseas Property was ranked as China’s Leading Company Brand in Real Estate Industry in 2006, with a brand value of RMB4,809 million yuan. The brand value has inflated RMB149,8 million yuan or 45.2 % compared with 2005. Apart from gaining enlarged market share, the brand awareness and reputation also records continuous growth. The brand of China Overseas Property now stands as a flagship for mainland China’s property industry. The above result was formally announced on 16 September 2006 in Beijing.
China Real Estate Top 10 Research Team consists of Enterprise Research Institute of Development Research Centre of the State Council of P.R. China, Institute of Real Estate studies of the Tsinghua University, and China Index Academy. The team has conducted the research for three consecutive years, beginning from 2004. Its findings was widely recognized by different sectors in the society and had influential impact on enhancing brand competitiveness, enlarging market share and strengthening market positions for the branded enterprises.
