31 October 2006 was an extraordinary day for China Overseas Property – its Chongqing regional company was formally incorporated, which also signified the set up of the China Overseas Property’s thirteenth regional company in the mainland China. At present the Company’s new landbank in Chongqing City rests at江北區濱江地段. The site area is 164,000 square meter. The plot ratio is 1.62 and gross construction area is 206,000 square meter.
