Outstanding sales achieved for Starcrest Phase II, Foshan

Following intensive preparation, the Foshan Starcreast Phase II was finally unveiled for sale in early Nov 2006. During Nov 6-7, 253 units were transacted, recording a turnover of RMB 260 million yuan. The high-flying results was impressive, seconded only to the Phase I sale in last August.
New breakthroughs were achieved in the Phase II sale: 1) selling price increased by almost 15% compared to Phase I or similar units offered by market competitors ; 2) its refined and enriching home decoration was well received in the market. A total of 406 units were launched for sale in Phase II, in which over 60% , or 253 units were sold out as at Nov 7, 2006.
