To fortify the task of expert committee and bring into full play its functions in areas of science and democratic decision progress, the Ministry of Construction of the PRC has recently announced the second-batch new appointment of expert committee member list. Mr. Kong Qingping, Chairman and Chief Executive of China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd., was appointed as member of expert committee of the Ministry of Construction in Residential Development and Industrail Modernization Technology (建設部住宅建設與產業現代化技術專家委員會委員).
