During 15-18th December 2006, The Crescent residential units were smoothly handed-over to the buyers, which was a date much earlier than the contract-stated occupation date. The early moving-in was welcomed by most buyers, who were anxious to complete home decoration before the Chinese New Year. A total of 730 units were handed-over, realizing an occupation rate of 81.8% in four days.
