COP signed strategic co-operation cum project investment agreement with Xian Qujiang new district

On 22nd December 2006, China Overseas Property (COP) and Xian Qujiang new district management committee signed a strategic co-operation cum project investment agreement. Under this agreement, China Overseas Property holds responsibility for the revamp of district villages and construction of public utilities facilities, as well as the set-up of cultural properties projects in Quijang new district.
