Jade Laguna Villa Phase III in Shanghai commenced construction

On 18th December 2006, Phase III of Jade Laguna Villa in Shanghai commenced construction. The first two phases of the residential project were completed already, which consisted of 131 villas and one 5,000-square-meter prestigious club house . The upcoming Phase III development, in site area of 40,000 square meter and construction area of over 10,000 square meter, will profile 31 western-European-styled villas. This new phase development is considered a new attraction in the district.
