On 13rd May 2007, the “2007 Year of Villa” press conference smoothly closed in Chengdu. In the conference, the limited town-centre villas in the Dragon Peninsula, as well as the urban villas in the International Community were formally introduced, which had drawn immense interests from the attending media and potential customers.
