At the 2007 Zhan Tianyou Prizes presentation ceremony, seven residential projects developed by China Overseas Property grasped the “2007 Zhan Tianyou Outstanding Residential District Gold Awards” (“詹天佑大獎優秀住宅社區金獎”) on account of its outstanding performance in aspects of planning, architecture, environment, technology and quality. The seven winning projects included The Sunny Palm, One Honeylake, Royal Green, The Crescent, Haiyue Garden, The Golf Garden and Villa Venezia.

As of today a total of 10 residential projects developed by China Overseas Property had won this top prize, coving cities of Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Changchun and Chengdu.
