On 17th September 2007, China Overseas Property was selected again as the “2007 China Blue Chip Property Developer”, making it the forth consecutive year for the Company to receive this award and to top the list. A total of 20 enterprises won the recognition this year, as announced by the joint organizers of national financial newspaper Economic Observer Weekly and Sina.Com.
