China Overseas Property held a works commencement ceremony on 20th September 2007 to mark the start of construction of One South Lake in Changchun. Following Marbella Villa, Der Dhein and Villa Venezia, it was the forth property project developed by China Overseas Property in Changchun. Positioned as a luxurious residential project, the development is expected to become a new benchmark architecture that is to lead the Changchun high-end property market.
