From 9 November 2007 onwards, Changchun company of China Overseas Property has moved to its new self-owned premises, putting an end to its office-rental history since the company’s establishment five years ago. Located at the South Lake One residential project, the new 3-storey office building occupies 2,100 square meter, offering a significantly larger operation space that is equipped with intelligent facilities, centralized ventilation system, security system etc.

At the moving-in ceremony, after the delivery of opening speech by the company’s general manager Mr. Ying Jiezhi, a ribbon cutting ceremony and “COP Image Wall Inauguration” ceremony were launched to mark a grand new start of the company.

While year 2008 will open a new growth track for Changchun company in upcoming years, this office removal date will also be marked as a milestone in its history.
