On 15 November 2007, representatives from Shenzhen company of China Overseas Property signed contract with KFC, Bank of China and GuangFu Super Store in Shenzhen, which signified the entering of these branded commercial partners into The Wesley commercial complex. The ceremony kicked off also the promotion conference for the commercial complexes developed by China Overseas Property.

With the contract, KFC’s 1,500-square-meter restaurant for vehicles, Bank of China’s 600-square-meter regional branch, and GuangFu’s 2600-square-meter supermarket store will enter into the commercial complex of The Wesley, a residential property developed by China Overseas Property.  Meanwhile, the commercial complexes for Royal Green and Mount Canyon in Shenzhen will also be launched shortly.
