Premium land acquired in Nanhai, Foshan Author:China Overseas Land and Investment Ltd.

On 23 November 2007, Foshan company of China Overseas Property had successfully acquired the land use right of   the <2007-031> land parcel in Nanhai, Foshan city through auction. Following intense competition, the land auction price reached 800 million yuan, and the floor unit price was 4,214 yuan per square meter.
Located at District A15 of Guicheng Street in Nanhai, the land offers a site area of 75,900 square meter, with plot ratio of <2.5 and gross development area of 246,000 square meter.
The land is within 1,000 meter distance to Starcrest, another property deveoped by China Overseas Property. With its west adjacent to Sunshine hotel, its north facing the Nanhai River, and being only 600 meter away from underground station, the land stays in the core district of Guicheng East – which is a mature and high-end residential district enjoying fully-equipped municipal facilities and premium location. Together with Starcrest, this land will further consolidate China Overseas Property’s leading position in Foshan’s property market.
