On 30 Novmeber 2007, the 2007 Gratitude Conference for media was successfully held in Chengdu. The conference started with Mr. Guo Yong, General Manager of Chengdu Company, giving a brief introduction on the brand of China Overseas Property and its latest national development layout, with focused review on the historical and transformational development in Chengdu region in year 2007. At last, Mr. Guo pointed out that the macro control polices provided a rare opportunity for the healthier growth of property market and the long-term stable development for the Company.

The Gratitude Conference came to an end in a harmonious atmosphere, serving not only as an exchange platform between China Overseas Property and the media, but also a channel to reinforce the long-established emotional ties between them.
