First launch of One North Riviera in Chongqing marked a success

China Overseas Property’s first residential project in Chongqing, the One North Riviera, held its grand sale launch on 2 December 2007. With full management support and keen staff’s efforts, the first-day sale marked 97% sales rate, recording sales turnover of 310 million yuan.
While quality services were delivered through provision of delicate food and live band performance etc, the whole flat-buying process was conducted in good order and details. Every successful buyer was greeted with a banquet of flowers, and their faces were filled with joy and smiles.
