At the “2007 China Property Brand in China East Ceremony” (“2007中國品牌地產華東盛典”) held in Shanghai on 8 December 2007, China Overseas Property’s residential project –Bay Line in Shanghai – was recognized as “2007 Ten Benchmark Property” (“2007年度十大標杆樓盤”).

The event provided an opportunity for large property developers such as China Overseas Property, Forte and property agents of Centaline etc to explore the property trend and growth potential in China’s east region.
