Another overwhelming sale recorded in International Community Phase II, Xian

Shortly one month after the sale launch of International Community Phase I in Xian, another overwhelming sale was received for its Phase II launch. During 8-9 Dec, 350 Phase II residential units were transacted at record prices. Adding up with the 440 Phase I units already sold in late October, approximately 800 units from International Community were transacted in 50 days, giving to a turnover of 600 million yuan.
