On 8 January 2008, China Overseas Land and Investment Ltd auctioned the prime land located at Dushu Lake in Suzhou.

Located at the island of the southwestern side of Dushu Lake, nearby the district of Suzhou Industrial Park, the land offers a total of 345,000 square meters,  Facing the waterfront with breath taking lakeview, this premium land occupies a 1,500-meter long coastal line.

Until now, Suzhou Company of China Overseas Property has developed a series of property projects namely The Royal Peninsula, Lakeside Palace, Galaxy Centro, Royal Lakefront, China Overseas International Community and Xujiang Land Development Project.
