Land acquired in Jinan

(February 20, 2008) China Overseas Land and Investment Ltd (“COLI”, stock code： 688) acquired her first piece of land in Jinan .
The land, a total area of 173,000 square metres, will be developed into a residential project – a total development area of 346,000 square metres.
With the prime location of the site, right next to the High Innovation and Exhibition Centre, the project is expected to be very popular among households and investors.
