International Community in Xian was warmly received in the market

On 29 June 2008, flat selection for villas units in Royal Palace Phase I of International Community, a distinguished property developed by China Overseas Property in Xian, was held in Sheraton Hotel for its first batch of prestigious buyers.
Within two hours on the first-day-sale, over 90% of the first-batch units launched were sold. To meet the hot purchase demand, additional units were immediately put into market, with 80% of them sold out in half an hour. The daily turnover broke a record to reach 360 million yuan
