(21 July 2008) China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd (“COLI”, Stock Code: 00688) has garnered 5 awards at the award presentation ceremony of the CNBC International Property Awards 2008 (Asia Pacific). The company becomes the most award-winning Chinese property developer.
The 5 awards garnered were: the “Best Development, China” (4-star award), awarded to both One Honey Lake, Shenzhen and Greenwich Village, Chengdu; “Best High-Rise Development, China” (4-star award) that went to Top View, Guangzhou; as well as the “Best Interior Design, China” (4-star award) and “Best Architecture (Multiple – Over 5 Units)” (4-star award) that Royal Lakefront, Suzhou and Royal Green, Shenzhen, received respectively.

The independent judging panel is formed by experts within or related to the property industry to issue awards for six regions including the international level, the Americas, Arabia, Asia Pacific, Europe & Africa and the United Kingdom.
