Park Royal sets new single-day turnover record in Guangzhou Zhujiang New City

On August 31, 2008, Tower A9, A10 of Park Royal Phase II in Guangzhou were unveiled for sale, during which more than 150 units were sold amounting to a transaction volume of over 300 million yuan. The sale set a new Zhujiang New City’s single-day transaction record, and it demonstrated also the exceptional appeal of China Overseas Property’s residential projects.
