China Overseas Property accredited the 2008 Leading Brand of China Real Estate Company Author:China Overseas Land and Investment Ltd.
September 20, 2008, China Overseas Property was once again accredited as the Leading Brand of China Real Estate Company for 2008, with brand value of RMB 9.891 billion yuan. The accreditation was given by China Real Estate TOP10 Research Team in its latest brand value research report. The report is jointly conducted by Development Research Center of the State Council, Real Estate Research Institute of Tsinghua University, and China Index Academy.
