The second Summit on Trademark Strategy for China Real Estate cum 2008 Exchange Seminar on China Real Estate Renowned Trademark (Brand), which was jointly organized by the China Real Estate And Housing Research Association Housing Development Committee and expert committee of China Trademark Association, was held on 31 October 2008 in Beijing.

According to the Trade Marks/Brands List of China Real Estate 2008 announced, China Overseas Property excelled to be named as “The Most Influential Renowned Trademark/Brand Enterprise” . This is another brand award that China Overseas Property gained from the same organizer last year, after the accolades of 2007 China Property Renowned Brand Enterprise and the Outstanding Enterprise in Brand Management.
