The annual event jointly organized by Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang Municipal Construction Committee to observe high-quality construction projects built in the three cities was held in November 2008. The show-flats of Center Villa – a villa project developed by China Overseas Property in Shenyang – grasped the Silver Cup.
Within 23 years of its organization, this renowned activity in northeast China gives highest awards to high-quality construction projects by the local construction authorities. Winning of the award, when China Overseas Property is in early stage of development in Shenyang, recognizes the Company’s dedicated efforts in pursuit of quality products.
