At “The Most Influential Real Estate Enterprises in Dalian in 2008” election recently organized by Dalian Evening News,China Overseas Property garnered two awards – the Company was granted “The Most Influential Real Estate Enterprises in 2008” while its development project Classic Palais accredited the Best Layout Design of the Year” award.

This is the second grand award gained by Classic Palais in 2008, after capturing the industry’s famous award of “Renowned Architectural Design in China ” earlier.
