Golden Spot in Changchun is honored as “China’s Famous Project” in 2008 CIHAF

On 12 December 2008, the CIHAF (China International Real Estate & Arch-tech Fair) 2008 Annual Awards Ceremony for Jilin region was formally held in Changchun. Golden Spot, a city-core residence developed by China Overseas Property which is featured with exceptional layout design, unique French-styled landscape and premier property management services, was honored as “Famous Project” of the year. After Marbella Villa, Villa Venezia and One South Lake, Golden Spot is the forth project in Changchun to win the same accreditation. This newly gained award recognizes further China Overseas Property’s outstanding capability in property development and its pioneering position in local Changchun market. Apart from this award, the company’s general manager in Changchun Mr. Zhou Yinglun was named “Prominent Person” in Jilin property market; and another property Der Dhein was granted the Changchun 10-year Habitat Award.
