On 12 February 2009, Chengdu company of China Overseas Property was honored as “2008 Key Tax-Payer” and “Outstanding Servicing Enterprise” by the administrative and work committee of Chengdu High and New Technology Industry Development Zone. The honors recognized the company’s hard efforts last year, as well as the brand of China Overseas Property.
