At the annual assessment event jointly organized by China Case Judging Committee and Chongqing Commercial Publisher in February 2009, Chongqing company of China Overseas Property won the “2008 China Real Estate – Media Award”. The International Community, its development project in Dan Zishi of Nan’an district of Chongqing, grasped also three awards : “Case in China – Waterfront Community” , “Case in China – Garden Community” and “Case in China – 2008 Special Contribution Award” . With these project awards secured, Chongqing company was accordingly named as “Case in China – Leading Enterprise”.
