(25 July 2011) China Overseas Land and Investment Ltd (“COLI” or the “Company”, stock code: 00688) is pleased to announce that it garnered the Annual Report “Vision Awards” Gold Winner (Business services category) and was elected as one of the “Top 20 Chinese Annual Reports” from the League of American Communications Processionals LLC (“LACP”).

The judging panel praised highly of COLI’s 2010 Annual Report and gave perfect scores in areas including “Letter to Shareholders”, “Report Narrative”, “Report Financials”, “Creativity”, “Message Clarity” and “Information Accessibility”. This international award commends COLI for its hard work on investor relations. The Annual Report “Vision Awards” is one of the renowned annual report awards assessed by LACP, an international professional communications organization. The award, playing a major role in annual report selections worldwide, attracts a great number of submissions from countries all over the world in each season. This competition was judged by a field of communications professionals based on its overall style, cover design, readability, financial session, creativity, use of artwork, use of language, message effectiveness and clarity, etc. and aimed to acknowledge organizations with outstanding performance. The number of entries received this time topped among the previous sessions with more than 5,000 entries from 24 countries from various industries such as banking, aviation, natural resources, manufacturing.
