(28 September 2011) China Overseas Land and Investment Ltd (“COLI” or the “Company”, stock code: 00688.HK) is delighted to announce COLI was selected as a constituent of Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index and Hang Seng (Mainland and HK) Corporate Sustainability Index in two consecutive years, and selected as Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index, which effective on 5 September 2011.

The Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index Series includes companies that perform well with regard to corporate responsibility. Being a constituent member of this index series reflects CSCI’s high standard of performance in all aspects of environmental, social and corporate governance.
