(Hong Kong, 20 June 2016) China Overseas Land and Investment Limited (the “Company”, or “COLI”; Stock Code: 00688.HK) won a trio of awards recognising the Company’s commitment to corporate governance. Recently, “Corporate Governance Asia” in its 6th Asian Excellence Award, recognised COLI’s relentless efforts in corporate governance, investor relations and leading sustainability development. Mr. Hao Jian Min, Chairman & CEO of COLI, is honoured Asia’s Best CEO (Investor Relations) for the second time. COLI was awarded again Best Investor Relations Company (China), with a new addition Asia’s Best CSR. Mr. Dong Daping, Vice President of COLI attended the award ceremony.
Good corporate governance requires close, transparent and effective communications. COLI management and Corporate Communications Department keep investors updated on COLI’s performance and business operations through meetings, telephone communications and projects site visits, to improve the transparency of information disclosure and to receive timely feedback.

Corporate Governance Asia is a quarterly journal on corporate governance in Hong Kong and Asia. COLI was awarded “Asia’s Best Companies – Best Corporate Governance” from 2012 – 2014.
