A stable and efficient staff team is the key to a company’s success. By taking employees’ “talent” and “satisfaction” as dual-focus, the Group continuously refines its performance appraisal and remuneration system, the working environment and social activities to enhance employees’ satisfaction and sense of belonging.
By the end of 2020, the Group employed 6,134 employees. During the year, the Group continued to recruit talents through three major recruitment brands, namely “Sons of the Sea”, “Sea’s Recruits” and “Stars of the Sea”. With outstanding performance in talent development and corporate governance, the Group won ten employer recognition awards in 2020, among which, China Overseas Property ranked first among the real estate companies at “China Undergraduates’ Favourite Employer Award 2020”.
