Suzhou company successfully acquired a new land parcel in Suzhou (Su Yuan Land (2006) No. 8)

On 18 May 2006, Suzhou company of China Overseas successfully bid the land parcel of “Su Yuan Land (2006) No.8” at 578 million yuan. Located in the CBD in the east lake of Su Yuan, the land parcel occupies 214,000 square meter with plot ratio of 1.8. Surrounding environment of the land parcel is good, with river scene on both sides. It is planned to develop medium-high rise or high rise residential properties, targeting the medium to high end market.
This project has increased the land bank of Suzhou company, paving a good foundation for the sustainable growth of the company.
