In the special “Mother Day” of 14 May 2006, a series of activities themed “Gratitude to Mothers; Return to Mothers” were organized in properties managed by China Overseas Property Management. These included the promotion of “Three-of-One actions” – giving mothers one flower/one thank-you card; saying one word of gratitude to mothers; giving mothers one special gift. Other community events included the giving of free flowers to mothers by property management company, and set-up of chat boards – which were immediately written with words of blessings, expressions of thankfulness etc by the residents.
All mothers’ faces were filled with joy and smiles when they received the flowers and read the messages on the chat boards. Residents expressed that this year they received the best gift of the like, and felt the most genuine services offered to them.
