On 27 May 2006, the “Happy childhood in China Overseas – Children Day’s Carnival” was organized in Villa Marbella to celebrate the upcoming June 1 Children Day. The children, parents, teachers and residents immersed themselves in the dances, songs and interactive games, forming together the scene of a most happy family. Attending the event included also government officials of the district and community representatives.
This was the third year that Children Days’ Carnival was organized. From the Phase I area 30,000 square meter to the current area of 300,000 square meter, Villa Marbella has fully developed into a mature and comprehensive community with over 2,000 residential household.
On the same day, Der Phase II in Changchun was also open for sale.
