Villa Venezia was launched in Changzhun

On 9 June 2006, a conference was held in Shangri-La Hotel in Changchun to launch the property of Villa Venezia. Over 300 people attended the conference, including the loyal customers of China Overseas Property, the potential buyers of Villa Venezia, the planning & design team and the media. This is the third large-scale residential district developed in south-east of Changchun since China Overseas entered Changchun market. With this project, the company’s million-square-meter building plan was fully realized.
