China Overseas Property in spotlight at Changchun Spring Real Estate Trade Fair

At the 2006 Spring Real Estate Fair held at Changchun International Conference Centre during June 16-20, three properties of China Overseas Properties were exhibited – including Villa Marbella, Der Rhein and 中海水岸馨都. The image booth for 中海水岸馨都, which was the 2006 brand new property to be exhibited, was specially designed to give visitors a strong impression on China Overseas Property.
During the 5-day fair, China Overseas Property not just manifested its brand and product image, but also achieved its promotional and sales target. Over 1000 groups of visitors were recorded. 23 units for Villa Marbella and 2 villas for Der Rhein were sold, and 200 potential buyers were accumulated for the upcoming sale of中海水岸馨都.
