On 25 June 2006, Bellagio in Ningbo was formally open for sale. The first batch of 140 villas received overwhelming subscriptions from buyers.  To cope with the demand, 20 additional villas were put in the market. An accumulative 150 villas were sold realizing a transaction amount of 270 million yuan, creating in Ningbo property market the “Miracle of China Overseas”.
