On 6 July 2006, mayor of Foshan municipality and some government officials of Nanhai district of the municipality visited Starcrest, a property developed by China Overseas Property in Foshan. After one year of development, China Overseas Property has grown into a leading enterprise and pioneering brand in Foshan market. The brilliant results drawn from the sales of Starcrest in 2005 and its hand-over in 2006 had won very high brand recognition and accreditation, consequently attracted the attention and visits by the government officials. During the inspection, the mayor gave high regards on the project and assured its positive impacts casted in the industry.
