Sapphire Cove in Guangzhou awarded ” 2006詹天佑大獎優秀住宅社區金獎”

Sapphire became one of the 20 national properties being awarded the “2006詹天佑大獎優秀住宅社區金獎”.This is the second time the company gained this award after the 2005 Elegant Town project.
The Sapphire Cove has a site area of 30,000 square meter and gross construction area of 100,000 square meter. Construction commenced in November 2003 and units were offered since October 2004, winning over-whelming response from buyers. By November 2005 when units were handed-over to buyers, 97% units were snapped up. In 2005, the property was named “Top Ten Star Properties” in Guangzhou city.
