In the recently-closed 2006 Spring Real Estate Fair, the Der Rhein, a property developed by China Overseas Property in Changchun, was honoured as “The Most Ideal Property in Customers’ Mind”.

Organized by 長春房地產業協會 and 長春市房地產資訊中心, tens of property developers and property projects enrolled to compete the honour. 50,000 questionnaires were completed in one-month time, in which citizens were asked to vote for their ideal properties in mind. Survey findings was encouraging , as it re-assured the pioneering position of China Overseas Property in Changchun market, and the unique image of its properties in customers’ mind.
