On 15 July 2006, over 40 staff from the development and sales division of Sino Group paid a visit to One Honeylake at Shenzhen. Guided and accompanied by the development project team of China Overseas – Sino JV, they visited various functional areas including club house, swimming pool, project model, as well as the Arabian-styled high-rise showflats. This gave them a detailed understanding on aspects of project planning, fittings and finishes material, sales and marketing planning, and innovative features on product structure, design and decoration etc. An overall high-recognition on the “Personalized Building” and good comments on the marketing design, product image and construction progress were conceded. They reviewed also that the escalating influence of One Honeylake on Hong Kong and Macau regions reflects not just its unique natural habitat, but also innovation technology and personalized atmosphere that the projects adheres.

As a JV partner on this premium property, Sino Group was well-assured the hard efforts and contributions brought about by China Overseas Property in the early-stage development. Both parties wished a smooth progress ahead on both the project and the companies.
