Signing of Strategic Co-operation Agreement with BOC

On 1 August 2006, China Overseas Land and Investment Ltd. signed a Strategic Co-operation Agreement with Bank of China in Beijing for a banking facilities of RMB 5 billion yuan, which provide sound resources for the company’s sustainable growth of property development business in mainland China.
