On 12 August 2006, Beijing subsidiary of China Overseas Property organized an “Experience Tour” at the Walden Pond Villa. The visitors embraced the lakeview and surrounding scenery, to truly experience the North-American-styled villas, the charm of the new core villa district.

The tour kicked off the intimate touch between the visitors and the villas. The glamorous model and jewelry show, together with the performances by artists of different nationalities had displayed fully the taste of the North-American naturalism. With the visitors fully indulged in the showflat visit, different performances and interactive games, the tour closed in an elegant, light-hearted atmosphere.
