International Community in Chengdu was recognized as “2006 Top Thirty Most Influential Sample Community in China”

At the “2006 Real Estate Honor List” presentation ceremony held on 1st December 2006 in Guangzhou, International Community, developed by China Overseas Property in Chengdu was put on list as “2006 Top Thirty Most Influential Sample Community in China”. Its development concept which emphasized on “Innovation, Integrity, Social Responsibility” drew wide recognition from the media and the industry, making it the only property from Chengdu to win this national award.
The “2006 Real Estate Honor List” is a national selection of outstanding property developer and sample residential community, organized by the “中國主流媒體房地產聯盟” that comprises over 30 mainstream media in mainland China.
