New land bank acquired in Changchun

After rounds of intensive bids, Changchun company of China Overseas Property successfully secured a 500,843-square-meter land parcel in Southern Changchun on 28th December 2006. As the first prestigious land parcel planned for commercial/residential use in this new development area, the property-to-be-built there, under the renowned China Overseas Property brand, is expected to be the landmark project that leads the local market.
Early this year, the Company had acquired a land at South Lake in Southern Changchun as well.
